Edwin Argueta
Owner
Edwin began his career in landscaping and tree care at the age of 16, gaining years of hands-on experience. Today, he holds both his Licensed Tree Expert (LTE) and MHIC certifications, credentials that reflect his dedication to safety, knowledge, and quality.
He oversees sales operations, scheduling, and crew supervision, carefully managing each project from start to finish to ensure it meets the highest standards. He takes pride in transforming outdoor spaces, as well as in building lasting relationships with his clients.
Beyond work, he enjoys spending time with his family and can often be found horseback riding, biking, playing with his dogs, or enthusiastically supporting his children at soccer games.
Amy Wieland
Landscape Sales & Garden Designer

Amy is a Master Gardener and has completed the GWU Landscape Design Certificate Program. Is a Member of the Maryland Native Plant Society and the Horticulture Society of Maryland. She brings over 15 years of experience in landscape and design to all projects.
When Amy is not working, she is out camping, gardening, relaxing on the beach, spending time with family, and snuggling with her best pup dog, Heidi.
Jackie Paz
Office Manager
“As office manager, I keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. My day usually involves scheduling projects, helping with HR and payroll, supporting the crews and Sales, and making sure our clients get the attention they deserve.”
Jackie has a bachelor's degree in Human Resource management and several years of experience in customer service and administration. She is organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual in Spanish and English, connecting effortlessly with both our team and clients.
Most weekends, you can find Jackie on the sidelines watching her kids play soccer and enjoying nature walks with her dog. She is community-oriented, and her faith is also an essential part of her life.
Nathan Waskey
Sales
Born and raised in Catonsville, MD, Nathan discovered his passion for landscaping at a young age while mowing lawns and helping his parents maintain their property. What started as simple yard work quickly grew into a love for creating and caring for outdoor spaces.
Nathan went on to study Business at Towson University, where he combined his education with years of hands-on experience in landscaping. This unique blend of business knowledge and practical skill allows him to deliver exceptional customer service.
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys staying active as an avid cyclist and spending time outdoors—whether on the trails, in the community, or simply enjoying nature.
